  • 500 gm Plain Flour
  • 250 gm Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Cooking Method
  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the plain flour, one egg, salt, sugar, 2 tsp butter and water.
  2. Knead a soft dough.
  3. Now, roll the dough like plain bread.
  4. Then add butter in mid, folds in 4 sides.
  5. Roll again and repeat this process 5 to 6 times
  6. Roll the dough like a roti and cut lengthwise and roll like.
  7. Brush it with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame seeds.
  8. Bake it in the preheated oven at 200 degree C for 10 minutes or until golden.
  9. Kashmiri Bakarkhani is ready to serve.
