A delightful French dessert Cream Caramel Recipe By Chef Zakir. The crème caramel is infused with sweet vanilla essence and served with a rich, brown caramel syrup.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Milk
- 7 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
- 4 tbsp Sugar
Cooking Method

Heat 4 tsp sugar in a caramel mold.

Beat together the 7 eggs in a bowl.

Then stir in the milk, sugar and vanilla essence.

Mix until well combined.

When mixture is ready, pour into the mold and bake at 220 degree C for 20-25 minutes.

When it changes to a nice golden color, take out of the oven and cool to bring to room temperature.

Cream Caramel is ready to serve.
