Ingredients
- 500 gm Mince
- 125 gm Black lentils
- ½ cup boiled Peas
- 300 gm Rice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 3-4 Potatoes
- 2 Onion
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Mix whole spices as required
- 3 Tomatoes chopped
- ½ cup Oil
Cooking Method

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Sauté onion in it until golden.

Remove a little brown onion and add ginger garlic paste to the remaining fried onions.

Then add mince and fry well.

Add mix whole spices, chopped potatoes, whole black lentils, boiled peas, tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric and salt to taste.

Mix well.

Now add ½ cup water, cover and cook meat is till tender.

In another pan, heat ¼ cup oil, add cumin seeds and remaining brown onion, salt to taste, soaked rice and 1 ½ glass of water. Cook till most of the water dries.

Then cover with a lid and simmer on low flame till rice are fully tender.

Spread the boiled rice on top of mince mixture and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Take it out in a serving dish.

Malaysian Pulao is ready to serve.

Serve hot.
