  • 8 Chicken pieces with skin
  • 1-1/2 cups Butter milk
  • 2 tbsp Green chili powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Coatings ingredients:
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
Cooking Method
  1. Mark cuts on the chicken pieces.
  2. Now marinate them with salt, butter milk, green chili powder, flour and garlic powder.
  3. Leave it for overnight.
  4. Mix all the coatings ingredients and sieve it.
  5. Now roll the chicken pieces in the mixture one by one and set them for 30 minutes more.
  6. Now heat oil in a pan and fry them covered for 20-25 minutes or until cooked from inside and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  8. Delicious Crispy Chicken Broast is ready to serve.
