- ½ kg Chicken minced
- 1 Onion chopped
- ¾ cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp White cumin
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp Cream
- 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
- 3-4 Green chilies chopped
- 5-6 Whole red chilies
- ½ tsp Mace nutmeg powder
- 1 piece Coal
- ¾ tsp White cumin power

Heat oil in a tawa pan and add onions, ginger garlic paste, and ½ cup water. Cook until onions are soft.

Add chicken mince, yogurt, white pepper, whole red chilies, salt, and cumin powder. Mix well.

Add ½ cup water and cook until all ingredients are combined.

Add butter, cream, nutmeg, and mace powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
