This No Yeast Chili Cheese Naan Recipe by Chef Samina Jalil, doesn’t require any yeast or eggs and takes only 30 minutes from start to finish. This is the answer to all your impulsive cravings!

Ingredients
For Dough:
  • 2 cups Flour
  • ¾ tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • 1-1/4 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • ¾ cup Yogurt
For Filling:
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp Crushed red chili
  • ½ tsp Nigella Savita
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped green coriander
  • 4 tbsp Chopped onion
For Garnishing:
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Green coriander
  • Butter
Cooking Method
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together all the dough ingredients.
  2. Knead a soft dough then leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the filling, In a small bowl, mix together the filling ingredients and keep aside.
  4. Now make four equal balls from the dough then roll out each ball and fill with cheesy filling.
  5. Slightly roll again.
  6. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and brush with butter and green coriander.
  9. No Yeast Chili Cheese Naan is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Chargha Karahi.
