A must try Crispy Fried Wings Recipe by Shireen Anwar – chicken wings are roll in cornflour then deep fried until crispy and golden brown. Goes great with Sweet and Sour Sauce.

Ingredients
  • 500 gm chicken Wings cut each wing into 2 pieces
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Corn flour as required for coating
  • Oil For frying
Cooking Method
  1. Place chicken wings in a large bow.Add salt, red chili, garlic paste, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup.
  2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Then cook marinated chicken wings in a covered pan for 15-20 minutes or until all water dries up.
  4. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
  5. Now roll cooked wings in corn flour then fry in hot oil for 5 minutes or until light golden.
  6. Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper.
  7. Crispy Fried Wings are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Enjoy with Sweet Chili Sauce.
