Ingredients
  • 1 sandwich bread fresh
  • 200 gm butter
  • 2 hard boiled eggs mashed
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup green chutney
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp mustard paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Cut the sandwich bread lengthwise into half.
  2. Remove hard crust from the bread.
  3. Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.
  4. Spread butter and mayonnaise on top of the each bread slice.
  5. Top with green chutney, ketchup and boiled eggs.
  6. Roll the slices into a Swiss roll.
  7. Secure with toothpicks.
  8. Place in a refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Take it from the refrigerator and cut into slices.Pinwheel Sandwiches are ready to serve.Enjoy!
