  • 4 Large onions
  • ½ cup Gram flour
  • ½ cup Corn flour
  • ½ cup Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Chaat masala as required
  • Oil for frying as required
  • 1 tsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • Ketchup for serving
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, add gram flour, corn flour, rice flour, cumin, red chili powder, red chili flakes, baking soda, chili sauce, soy sauce and salt.
  2. Mix well and make a smooth thick batter.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Now cut onions in a ring shape, separate rings and dip it in a mixture.
  5. Coat well.
  6. Heat oil in a wok and fry onion rings for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Take it out from the oil and drain.
  8. Sprinkle chaat masala over it.
  9. Crispy Onion Rings are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with ketchup.
