  • ½ kg Mutton Chops
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 4 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste heaped
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a wok or pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook for 4-5 minutes or until transparent.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste and mutton chops.
  4. Season with salt, chili powder, turmeric and cook well.
  5. Now add 1 cup water and cover the lid and cook for 40-50 minutes or until chops tender.
  6. Remove the lid and stir in the tomato paste, ketchup, chili garlic sauce, sugar and mayonnaise.
  7. Cook another 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  8. Dilkash Chops are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with French fries.
