For Meatballs:
  • 400 gm Mince
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 Egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp Raw Onion grinded
For Shashlik Skewers:
  • 1 tbsp Wooster sauce
  • 4-5 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 Onions cubed
  • 2 Capsicum cubed
  • 2 Tomatoes cubed
Cooking Method
  1. Chopperize mince with all the meatballs ingredients until well combined.
  2. Take it out in a mixing bowl and make small meatballs from the mince mixture.
  3. Put meatballs on skewers, alternating with vegetables.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook meat ball skewers for 10-12 minutes or until cooked thoruogh.
  6. Busting with tomato ketchup and Wooster sauce at intervals.
  7. Remove from the pan and transfer into a serving platter.
  8. Delicious Meatball Shashlik is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Garlic rice.
