Ingredients
  • 300 gm Fish fillet
  • 3 Burger buns
  • 4 Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • half flower Iceberg
  • 1 Egg
Cooking Method
  1. In chopper, add fish, green chilies, lemon juice, onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
  2. Process until well combined.
  3. Take it out in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add flour, black pepper powder and salt.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Shape into round patties.
  7. Dip each patty into beaten egg.
  8. Shallow fry for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked from inside and turn golden and crispy from outside.
  9. Now cut burger buns into halves.
  10. Spread a little mayonnaise on each side.
  11. Toast the bun from one side.
  12. Put a fish patty on one piece of the bun.
  13. Top with ice berg leaf, spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and cover with the other half of bun.
  14. Delicious Fish Burger is ready to serve.
  15. ENJOY!!
Serving Suggestions

Serve with french fries and chili garlic sauce.
