A super easy Korean Style Beef Recipe By Chef Zakir, with the most flavorful marinade! The thin slices of meat cook quickly, and it’s so tender. Do try it!

Ingredients
  • 500 gm Beef undercut
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
  • 2 tbsp Fruit vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 3-4 Garlic chopped
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Red capsicum cubed
  • 100 gm Boiled rice
Cooking Method
  1. Cut undercut beef into slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Worcester sauce, fruit vinegar, sesame oil, salt and crushed black pepper.
  3. Put beef in it and toss to coat well.
  4. Marinate beef for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Add chopped garlic, capsicum; cook and stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until crisped
  7. Turn the flame off.
  8. Separately cook marinated beef with a little oil for 25-30 minutes or until meat is cooked thorough and golden brown.
  9. Then add to the capsicum mixture.
  10. Also add brown sugar, sesame seeds and spring onion. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  11. Take it out in a serving plate.
  12. Korean Style Beef is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with boiled rice.
