Ingredients
  • ½ kg Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 tbsp Ghee
  • Oil for frying
  • Water as required
Cooking Method
  1. In a mixing bowl, add flour with salt and ghee.
  2. Knead a smooth dough with water as required.
  3. Set aside for 30 minutes to firm the dough.
  4. Now make 2 large balls from the dough
  5. Roll each ball in form of paratha.
  6. Then fry in a large wok from both side until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Puri Paratha is ready to serve
