- ½ kg Flour
- Salt to taste
- 6 tbsp Ghee
- Oil for frying
- Water as required
In a mixing bowl, add flour with salt and ghee.
Knead a smooth dough with water as required.
Set aside for 30 minutes to firm the dough.
Now make 2 large balls from the dough
Roll each ball in form of paratha.
Then fry in a large wok from both side until crispy and golden brown.
