Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg boneless fish fillets
  • 2 egg whites
  • a pinch of yellow food color
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp all spice powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Wash fish fillets then cut into fingers.
  2. In a bowl, mix together egg whites, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ground all spice, a pinch of yellow food color and salt.
  3. Make a smooth batter.
  4. Put fish fingers in this batter.
  5. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  7. Deep fry the marinated fish fingers for 10-12 minutes or until till golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper.
  9. Fish Fingers are ready now.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with tartar sauce.
