  • ½ kg mutton liver Kaleji
  • 1 onion
  • 2 to matoes
  • 250 grams green chilies
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Lemon juice of a lemon
  • ½ cup dry achaar masala
  • 2 tbsp khatai powder
  • 1 tbsp crushed red chili
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt as required
  • ¼ cup oil
Cooking Method
  1. In a small bowl, mix together achaar masala with a little oil and lemon juice.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff the green chilies with prepared masala.
  4. Cut the liver (kalejinto slices.
  5. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  6. Add sliced liver and cook for 10-15 minutes or until changed its color.
  7. Now add salt, turmeric, crushed red pepper and dry mango powder.
  8. Cook and stir fry for a few minutes or until kaleji is cooked thorough..
  9. Now add stuffed green chilies and let it simmer on low flame for 20 minutes or until done.
  10. Take it out in serving dish.
  11. Mirch Masala Kaleji is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Chapati or Naan and Salad.
