  • 400 gm Boneless chicken cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp Raw papaya grinded, with skin
  • 3 tbsp Tikka boti masala use it of any brand
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste heaped
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder leveled
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • Bread crumbs as required
Cooking Method
  1. Marinate boneless chicken cubes with tikka boti masala, raw papaya, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, salt, chat masala and leave it for 1 hour.
  2. Thread chicken on wooden skewers.
  3. Coat in bread crumbs and dip in beaten eggs.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil for 8-10 minutes or until light golden.
  5. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  6. Fried Chicken Sticks are ready to serve.
  7. Enjoy!!
Serving Suggestions

Serve with French Fries and Red Sauce Chutney.
