  • 750 gm Potatoes
  • Salt as required
  • ¾ cups Butter milk
  • 1 tsp Chicken powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
Ingredients For Coating:
  • 1-1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ cup Corn flour
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Mix herbs
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Cut potato into round slices.
  2. Boil potatoes and drain water and let it cool.
  3. Now add salt, paprika, chicken powder, and butter milk.
  4. Now marinate whole night.
  5. For coating mix all the ingredients and add in marinated potatoes.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry potatoes until crisp and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  9. Fried Potatoes are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
