Ingredients
  • 4 ounce Unsalted butter
  • 6 ounce Dark chocolate
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Flour
Cooking Method
  1. Butter and flour four ramekins.
  2. Tap out the excess flour.
  3. Set the ramekins on a baking sheet.
  4. Melt the butter with the chocolate in a saucepan.
  5. Beat the eggs with the egg yolks, sugar and salt until thickened and pale.
  6. Whisk in the chocolate butter mixture until smooth.
  7. Add the flour.
  8. Spoon the batter into the prepared ramekins and bake at 190 degrees C for 12 minutes, or until the sides of the cakes are firm but the centers are soft.
  9. Let the cakes cool in the ramekins for 1 minute.
  10. Then cover each with an inverted dessert plate.
  11. Carefully turn each one over, let stand for 10 seconds and then unmold.
  12. Delicious Molten Cakes are ready to serve.
  13. Serve immediately.
