This is an easy to make yet delicious Hi Tea Prawn Chicken Ball Recipe By Chef Zakir. Serve with warm sweet and sour sauce and enjoy the scrumptious appetizer.

Ingredients
  • 250 gm Prawns
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Ginger piece
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 6 Bread slices
  • 1 tbsp red pepper crushed
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Wash and clean prawns with water.
  2. In a chopper, put together prawns with chicken breast.
  3. Process until well combined.
  4. Then add egg, chopped garlic, ginger, corn flour, flour, red pepper, black pepper powder and salt.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Remove mixture in a bowl.
  7. Now remove crust of bread slices and discard.
  8. Crumble the bread slices and add to the chicken prawn mixture.
  9. Make small balls with the mixture.
  10. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  11. Deep fry the prepared balls for 10-12 minutes on medium heat until crispy and golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper.
  13. Delicious Hi Tea Prawn Chicken Ball are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with ketchup.
