Ingredients
  • ½ kg chicken wings with skin
  • 2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp crushed red chili
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp crushed cumin
  • Salt as required
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Cooking Method
  1. Open the chicken wings in lollipop shape.
  2. Marinate these wings with lemon juice, ginger paste and salt.
  3. Now marinate with crushed red chili, cumin, turmeric and red chili powder.
  4. Add 1 beaten egg, corn flour, flour, oil and mix well.
  5. Then add sesame seeds and desiccated coconut and mix well.
  6. Heat the oil over medium heat.
  7. Add chicken lollipops and cover the pan.
  8. Golden fry for 15 minutes or until lollipops are tenders easily and golden in color.
  9. Take it out in a serving platter.
  10. Delicious hot wings are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Red Sauce.
