  • ½ kg Beef undercut juliennes
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ cup Button mushroom
  • 1 tsp Mustard paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Fruit vinegar
  • 200 gm Fresh cream
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • ¼ bunch Parsley chopped
  • 1 Capsicum sliced
  • ½ packet Pasta boiled
  • ½ tsp Basil
  • ½ tsp Oregano
Cooking Method
  1. Boil pasta and keep aside.
  2. Cut beef undercut into juliennes.
  3. Heat oil and butter together in a wok.
  4. Add sliced beef in hot oil and cook for 3-4 for minutes.
  5. Now add basil leaves and oregano.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes or until beef turn to golden brown.
  7. Now add capsicum, mushroom, chopped parsley.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper.
  9. Stir in the fruit vinegar.
  10. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  11. Add fresh cream and boiled pasta.
  12. Toss to coat evenly and turn the heat off.
  13. Take it out in a serving dish.
  14. Delicious Creamy Beef Pasta is ready to serve.
