  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 2 tbsp Gelatin powder
  • 125 gm Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Icing sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
Cooking Method
  1. Boil water and add 125 gm sugar.
  2. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Now add gelatin powder and stir well.
  4. Keep aside.
  5. Beat 2 egg whites very well till stiff.
  6. Now cool the sugar-gelatin syrup and beat with electric beater, add in beaten egg whites and mix well.
  7. Finely chop 1 cup pineapple and divide into 4 serving glasses.
  8. Top with egg whites mixture.
  9. In a separate bowl, beat together 1 cup fresh cream, 2 tbsp icing sugar and a little lemon juice.
  10. Spread on top of egg whites mixture in serving glasses.
  11. Garnish with pineapple slices.
  12. Pineapple Chiffon is ready to serve.
