  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Corn flakes
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste1 tbsp
  • 2 Lemon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Cut each chicken breast into book form. Flatten with the steak hammer.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine together the  egg, corn flour, lemon juice, garlic paste,  red pepper, black pepper powder and salt. Make a smooth batter of medium consistency, add 1 – 2 tbsp water if needed.
  3. Marinate chicken with the prepared batter. 

  4. Sprinkle corn flake in a platter, coat marinated chicken with corn flakes and deep fry chicken in hot oil for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is tender from inside and crispy from outside.
  5. Remove from the oil and cut into strips. 

Serving Suggestions

Serve with chili garlic sauce.
