Ingredients
  • 500 gm Beef mince keema
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Onion
  • 5 Green chilies
  • ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp White butter
  • 3 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Crushed coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp All spice powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ liter Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine together the mince, gram flour, coriander, pomegranate seeds, crushed red pepper, turmeric powder, all spice powder and salt.
  2. Now finely chopped tomatoes, onion, green chilies and coriander leaves.
  3. Add chopped vegetables to the mince mixture.
  4. Then add 1 egg and 2 tbsp butter. Mix until well combined.
  5. Make large patties with the mince mixture.
  6. Then fry in a large griddle until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Take it out in a serving plate.
  8. Delicious Chapli Kabab is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Naan, mint chutney.
