  • 2 liters Milk
  • 125 gm Pistachio ground
  • 100 gm Pistachio chopped
  • 250 gm Sugar
  • 1-½ cup Fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp Stabilize powder
  • Ice as required
  • Green food color few drops
  • 150 gm White butter
  • 250 gm Salt
Cooking Method
  1. Heat milk over medium heat.
  2. Add sugar and stir well until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Now add stabilize powder, and let it cook until mixture thickened.
  4. Stir in the few drops of green food color and few drops of pista essence.
  5. Add white butter and fresh cream and instantly remove from the heat.
  6. Nix well and let it cool.
  7. In ice cream machine fill the sides of container with crushed ice, also add salt with crushed ice every time.
  8. Add milk mixture to the container, cover with lid, fit in machine and turn the ice cream machine on.
  9. Keep the machine turn on for 30 minutes.
  10. Now remove a little thickened ice cream mixture in an airtight box.
  11. Freeze overnight.
  12. Then remove ice cream in serving bowls, garnish with chopped pistachios.
  13. Serve chilled.
