  • 500 gm Fish fillets
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 3 Boiled tomatoes
  • 1 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds crushed
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds crushed
  • 2 tbsp Pickled masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 50 gm Plum soaked
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • few Curry leaves
Cooking Method
  1. Cut fish into pieces.
  2. Marinate fish with salt, egg, flour and corn flour.
  3. Now fry with 3 tbsp oil and set aside.
  4. Heat a little oil in a wok over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic paste, pickled spice mix , crushed cumin and coriander seeds.
  6. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Then add chopped onion,boiled chopped tomatoes, turmeric, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, soaked plum and ½ cup of water.
  8. Cover and cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes.
  9. Remove the lid and add fried fish pieces in it.
  10. Lightly stir and cook 2 more minutes.
  11. Take it out in a serving dish.
  12. Delicious Pickled Fish is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Naan, Roti, or Rice.
