  • ½ kg Mutton
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 125 gm Thick Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp red Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp All spice powder
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg mace powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 – 4 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Papaya paste
  • ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
Cooking Method
  1. Cut mutton into slices, marinate with salt, ginger garlic paste and papaya paste.
  2. Now add thick yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, all spice powder, nutmeg mace powder, salt, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  3. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  5. Add in marinated mutton and cook well for 2 – 3 minutes.
  6. Cover and cook on low flame for 20-30 minutes or until meat is almost tender.
  7. Now remove the lid, fry well on high flame till water dries up.
  8. Dish it out.
  9. Mutton Tikka is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with puri paratha.
