Ingredients
  • 2 cups Chicken shredded
  • 2 cups Potatoes boiled
  • ½ bunch Fresh coriander chopped
  • 2-3 Green chilies (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Tartaric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red chili
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp all spices powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Coal
  • Cucumber tomatoes, lettuce leaf as required
Cooking Method
  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the threaded chicken, all spices, green chili, tartaric, turmeric and green coriander. Mix well and smoke it with coal and set it room temperature.
  3. Then add the boiled and mashed potatoes.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Shape into cutlets.
  6. Then dip them in the whipped eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Deep Fry in hot oil for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Smoky Resha Cutlets are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve it with cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce leaf.
