Ingredients
  • 500 gm Chicken boneless
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 Ground onions
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon skin
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 medium piece ginger finely chopped
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp red pepper crushed
  • 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • Tomato ketchup as required
Cooking Method
  1. Cut the chicken into strips and put into a large mixing bowl
  2. Add the marinade ingredients – Garlic paste, Ground onion, oil, Soy sauce, lemon skin, Lemon juice, Sesame seeds , ginger, salt, black pepper, red pepper, chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup.
  3. Set aside to marinate
  4. Cut the aluminum foil into squares and place 2 strips of chicken onto each piece.
  5. Place a spoonful of the marinade on top of the chicken and fold
  6. Heat a grill pan and grill the foil from both the sides.
  7. Remove the foil.
  8. Sesame Ginger Chicken is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve the prepared chicken strips with boiled rice
