Ingredients
  • 500 gm Chicken mince
  • 500 gm Spinach
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup boiled Peas
  • 1 tbsp Crushed red pepper
  • ½ tsp all spice powder
  • 2 Bread slices
  • 100 gm Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Sweet corn
  • ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
  • ¼ bunch Mint leaves
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Cooking Method
  1. Chopperize chicken mince very well.
  2. Add salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
  3. Now add crushed red pepper, all spice powder, bread slices, spring onion, sweet corn and egg.
  4. Chopperize for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove mixture in a bowl.
  6. Add boiled peas and chopped spinach.
  7. Mix well and make small cutlets with the mixture.
  8. Shallow fry till golden brown.
  9. Chicken Spinach Cutlets are ready to serve.
