Ingredients
  • 250 gm Mince
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1/2 tsp All spice powder
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
  • 1 packet puff pastry
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil and fry onions till turn into light brown.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste with mince and fry it well.
  3. Now add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, flour, a cup of water and keep it in low flame till mince is cooked and all water is dry.
  4. After that add all spice, chat Masala and chopped green chilies, chopped coriander and mix it well.
  5. Keep it aside to cool.
  6. Roll the cross in rectangular shape and spread the egg in the corners.
  7. Place the mince mixture and fold it one more time.
  8. Cut it lengthwise into 12 equal pieces.
  9. Bake the mince patties in ungreased tray for 35 to 40 minutes in 250 c in oven.
  10. Remove from the oven.
  11. Delicious Mince Patties are ready to serve.
