Ingredients For Dough:
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2-½ tsp Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Milk powder
  • Warm water to knead as required
Ingredients For Stuffing:
  • Seekh kebab as required
  • Cream cheese cubes as required
  • 4 tbsp Coriander leaves
Ingredients For Topping:
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • Sesame seeds as required
  • 1 Beaten egg
Cooking Method
  1. Knead dough with warm water and leave it for 2 hours till double in volume.
  2. Punch down the dough.
  3. Shape dough into 2 rectangles.
  4. Put kebabs lengthwise with cream cheese and coriander.
  5. Roll like swiss roll.
  6. Place on greased baking tray.
  7. Brush with egg butter.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds and coriander.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until dough is cooked.
  10. Cut into 2 inch pieces.
  11. Kabab Stuffed Bread is ready to serve.
