- 1/2 kg Flour
- 20 gm Yeast
- 20 gm White butter
- 10 gm Salt
- 10 gm Sugar
- Water as required
- 1 cup Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Crushed red pepper
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 Chicken breast
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 1 packet Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 bunch Parsley
- 1/4 bunch Coriander leaves
- 125 gm Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Allspice powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Oil

Place flour, yeast, white butter, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Knead a soft dough with lukewarm. Cover and keep in a warm place till rise and doubled.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds. Then add tomato paste, oregano, thyme, crushed red pepper and salt to taste. Cook well. Then add ¼ cup water and cook on low flame for 5-8 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Cut chicken breast into cubes. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and saute ginger garlic paste in it. Then add chicken and stir fry 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.

Now add yogurt, turmeric powder, chili powder, all spice powder, cumin powder and salt. Cook and stir until all water dries up and chicken is cooked.

Spread the dough in a greased pizza pan, brush edges of the dough with a little oil.

Spread prepared pizza sauce over the dough. Then top with cooked chicken, also spread all the chopped vegetables.

Top with grated mozzarella cheese and bake in the preheated oven on 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven, cut into wedges and enjoy!
