Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg chicken wings
  • 6 potatoes boiled
  • 1 packet cottage cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili crushed
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Wash chicken wings and pat dry.
  2. Place chicken wings in a large bowl.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, soy sauce and salt.
  4. Leave it for 30 minutes then steam cook without adding water.
  5. Peel potatoes and mash them properly.
  6. Add white pepper, salt, black pepper, cottage cheese and mustard powder in mashed potatoes. Mix well.
  7. Grease your hand with little oil.
  8. Take some of potato mixture in your hand, flatten and put a chicken wing in center of it.
  9. Cover wings.
  10. Then dip each wing in beaten egg.
  11. Now roll in bread crumbs.
  12. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.
  13. Fry wings in hot oil for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Chicken Wings Kay Drumsticks are ready to serve. ENJOY!
