Ingredients
  • 250 gm tamarind
  • 3 tbsp dry ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin roasted & crushed
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • a pinch of black salt
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups Luke warm water
Cooking Method
  1. Wash tamarind then soak in hot water for 20 minutes.
  2. Then remove seeds and keep the pulp aside.
  3. Place tamarind pulp in a saucepan.
  4. Add red chili powder, dry ginger powder and cumin seeds.
  5. Keep stirring and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the flame.
  7. Let it cool completely.
  8. Then add a pinch of black salt and salt.
  9. Imli Ki Chutney is ready now.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Chicken Chargha or Dam Kay kebab .
