Ingredients
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Burger buns
  • 4 Cheese slice
  • 1 cup Salad leaves
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil
For Burger Pattie
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Green chilies
  • 1 piece of Ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves/parsley
  • 4 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 300 gm mince meat
For Swiss Sauce:
  • 1 cup Stock
  • ½ cup Tomato ketchup
  • ½ cup Tamarind pulp
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • 1 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin
  • ½ tsp Salt
Cooking Method
To Make The Burger Patties:
  1. Chopparize well mince meat, ginger, garlic and green chilies.
  2. Add in salt, black pepper, egg and bread crumbs.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Shape into patties.
  5. Heat a little in a grill pan and fry patties until goldden brown.
To Make The Swiss Sauce:
  1. Put together stock, corn flour, red pepper, crushed garlic, roasted cumin, salt, ketchup and tamarind pulp.
  2. Mix well and cook over low flame for 5-8 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  3. Remove from fire and keep aside.
To Assemble the Burger:
  1. Now cut each bun into halves.
  2. Spread one side with butter, put a Pattie and spread prepare sauce on top.
  3. Put a cheese slice on it.
  4. Again spread with sauce and then top with another Pattie.
  5. Top with tomato slices, onion rings and salad leaves.
  6. Cover with the other piece of burger bun.
  7. Cut burger into halves.
  8. Beef Swiss Burger is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with sauce.
