  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Silver foil
  • 4 Green cardamom
  • a pinch of Yellow color
  • ½ kg Khoya
  • 50 gm Almond and pistachio
  • 50 gm Walnut
  • 125 gm Sugar
  • 250 gm Ghee
Cooking Method
  1. Beat eggs with green cardamoms and a pinch of yellow color.
  2. Heat ghee in pan over medium heat.
  3. Add beaten egg mixture and fry well over low flame for few minutes or until it turn to golden in color.
  4. Now add sugar and fry till dries.
  5. Now top with khoya and fry for few minutes.
  6. Turn the flame off.
  7. Sprinkle chopped almond & pistachio, walnuts.
  8. Dish it out and garnish with silver foil.
  9. Andon Ka Halwa is ready to serve.
