- 750 gm Chicken boneless
- 1 Onion
- 4 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 1-2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3-4 tbsp Butter
- 2-3 tbsp Cream
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Green coriander chopped
- ¾ cup Oil or ghee
- 50 gm Creamy butter masala
Heat 2 tbsp oil or ghee in a wok over medium heat.
Add tomatoes and fry well.
Remove from the wok and keep aside
Heat remaining oil or ghee. Saute onion for few minutes or until becomes translucent.
Add ginger garlic fry for 2 minutes.
Add chicken and fry for 5-6 minute, add chicken butter masala cook for few minute. Add fried tomato cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Now add milk and stir well.
Add fresh cream and butter and cook on low heat for 2 minutes
Stir in the lemon juice.
Remove from the heat and dish it out.
