This Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake Recipe by Chef Mehboob Khan is a moist and flavorful sponge cake filled with the deep, caramel-like flavor of toffee and topped with a crunchy toffee streusel. Perfect for special occasions or as an indulgent treat.
- 200 gm Dates
- 1 tbsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
- 200 gm Sugar
- 200 gm Butter
- 6 Eggs
- 350 gm Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100 gm Brown sugar
- 100 gm Butter
- 100 gm Cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup walnuts chopped

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

In a separate bowl, add butter and sugar and mix well.

Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
