Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp Oil 3 tbsp
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 packet Egg noodles
  • ½ packet Glass noodles
  • 1 cup Bean sprout
  • 200 gm Prawns
  • 1 Chicken breast juliennes
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 3 – 4 Fresh red chilies
  • ¼ piece Cabbage
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 – 1 ½ tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Lemon skin
  • Saltto taste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
Cooking Method
  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and chicken and stir fry for few minutes or it turns golden brown.

  2. Now add prawns and stir fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Then add capsicum, spring onions and cabbage. Fry well for  3 minutes.

  3. Beat 2 eggs and add to the vegetable mixture, do not mix and let it cook for a few minutes.
  4. Now flip the egg and cook the other side.
  5. Now add boiled egg noodles, soaked rice noodles, bean sprout, salt ,black pepper, lemon juice, lemon skin and chopped fresh red chilies. Stir well, take it out in a dish and enjoy!
