Ingredients
  • 400 gm Boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Tikka masala
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Oil
For Rice:
  • 2-1/2 cup Boiled rice
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tbsp Green chilies
  • ¾ cup Boiled green peas
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Coriander
Other Ingredients:
  • 1 Coal
  • Skewers as required
Cooking Method
  1. Add all the marination ingredients on chicken cubes.
  2. Leave it for 2-3 hours.
  3. Now put chicken on skewers and grill it.
  4. To prepare rice, heat oil add chopped onions, green chilies and ginger.
  5. Stir fry then add rice and mix well.
  6. Add chicken stock and grill chicken.
  7. Stir well and cook until rice fluff.
  8. Sprinkle spring onions and coriander.
  9. Dish it out.
  10. Chicken Tikka Fried Rice is ready to serve.
  11. Serve hot.
