Ingredients
- 1-1/2 liter Milk
- 3/4 cup Rice boiled
- 4 tbsp Coconut powder
- 3/4 cup Condensed milk
- Pistachios as required
- 1 Sterling paper
- 1/2 cup Whole dried milk
- Saffron as required
Cooking Method

In a pot, bring milk a boil.

Add boiled rice and cook till it thickens.

Now add condensed milk, dried whole milk and coconut powder to mix thoroughly.

Cook till all the ingredients mix and the kheer thickened.

Stir in the saffron and dish it.

Garnish with the pistachios and sterling paper.
