Ingredients
  • ½ kg Beef Mince
  • 4 onion chopped
  • ½ kg Bitter gourd
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 raw mango chopped
  • ½ tbsp Jaggary
  • 6 green chilies chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • few Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Nigella seeds
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 cup Oil
How to wash Bittergourd
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Jaggary
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind paste
Cooking Method
  1. Wash bitter gourd and cut it lengthwise and add in turmeric, some salt, 1 tbsp jiggery and 1 tbsp tamarind paste.
  2. Wash it after 20 minutes.
  3. Take oil in the pan and heat it.
  4. Add in onion and fry it till golden brown.
  5. Add in beef mince in the pan and add in ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt and red chili flakes.
  6. Cook it and add in nigella seeds, fennel seeds and raw mango and curry leaves.
  7. Deep fry washed bitter gourd until they are golden brown.
  8. Add into mince mixture and stir well.
  9. Qeema Karela is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Roomali roti.
