  • 300 gm boneless chicken
  • 4 chapatis
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 green chilies thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1 sachet Maggi Umda Maza
  • Oil for frying
For Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp fresh coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. Place chicken strips in a bowl.
  3. Add red chili flakes, corn flour, salt and Maggi taste enhancer. Mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Deep fry chicken for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  6. In a bowl, combine together green chili, tomato paste,honey, butter, vinegar, mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice, fresh coriander, black pepper and garlic.
  7. Keep aside.
  8. Spread fried chicken on a chapati.
  9. Place 1 tbsp sauce on it.
  10. Then roll it up.
  11. Grease a griddle with butter and roast chapatti roll on it.
  12. Roly Poly Chicken is ready now.
