Ingredients
- 400 gm Chicken boneless cut into cubes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard paste
- 2 tsp Vinegar
Ingredients for Batter
- 1/2 cup Flour heaped
- 2 tsp Corn flour heaped
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder heaped
- 1/2 cup chill water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method

Place chicken in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, vinegar and mustard paste, and marinate it for 30 minutes.

Now make batter with chilled water.

Dip the chicken pieces in this batter and deep fry in hot oil for 10-15 minutes or until light golden.

Drain on absorbent paper. Copper Chicken is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with coleslaw, salad and fries.
