Ingredients
- 1 liter Milk
- 1 cup Boiled rice
- 1 cup Khoya
- 1 packet Cream
- 1 cup Sugar
- 100 gm Almond chopped
- 1 tsp Kewra
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
- Sliver paper for garnish
Cooking Method

Pour milk in a pot.

Bring it to a boil then boiled rice and cook for 15 minutes or until thickened.

Now add sugar. Cook and stir well.

Then add khoya, chopped almonds, kewra and cardamom powder.

Mix well.

Turn the flame off and add fresh cream.

Stir well and take it out in a serving dish.

Garnish with silver paper.
