  • ½ packet Peshawari chapli kabab beef
  • 250 gm Curd
  • ½ cup Rice boiled
  • 2 tbsp Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum
  • 2 tbsp Onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 6 Bread slices
  • 2 Eggs
  • Oil as required
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry Peshawari chapli kabab.
  2. Then in the remaining oil fry onion and garlic.
  3. Now add all the spices and cook well.
  4. Then add all the vegetables and fried Peshawari chapli kabab and cook until the vegetables gets tender.
  5. Now remove this mixture from the heat.
  6. Then add curd and boiled rice.
  7. Mix well. Now soak bread slices in water and cut the sides.
  8. Then add beef filling and shape into kababs.
  9. Now dip in the egg,
  10. Heat oil and fry the kababs until crisp and golden brown.
  11. Take it out in a serving dish.
  12. Dahi Shola Kabab is ready to serve.
