Ingredients
  • 500 gm Fish
  • 2 Lemon juice
  • 8-10 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 2-4 tbsp Corn Flour
  • Oil as required
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Cucumber for garnishing
Cooking Method
  1. Wash and Clean fish, and mark the cuts.
  2. Now place in platters then add lemon juice on it and sprinkle salt.
  3. Then deep fry fish in medium hot oil.
  4. Now pour lemon juice in a bowl.
  5. Then in a pan heat oil and butter and fry chopped garlic.
  6. Now add water, lemon juice and salt and cook.
  7. Lastly add corn flour dissolve in water and mix.
  8. When garlic sauce thick then add fried fish remove in patters.
  9. Then pour on sauce.
  10. Garnish with cucumbers.
  11. Delicious Deep Fried Fish With Garlic Sauce is ready to serve.
