Ingredients
  • ½ kg Pomfret fish
  • ¼ tsp Carom seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin roasted / crushed
  • Yellow color pinch
  • 1 Egg
Cooking Method
  1. Wash fish well.
  2. Marinate Fish with carom seeds, salt, chili powder, turmeric, garlic paste, chat masala, lemon juice, white cumin roasted and crushed, yellow color and egg.
  3. Leave it for 2 hours to blend flavors.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Deep fry fish in hot oil for 10-15 minutes or until cooked from inside and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  7. Fried Pomfret is ready to serve.
